I'd say it fits 10-12 people. It was a hot day but plenty of fans blowing. Our instructors provided good instructions and even dusted some incense at the end of class. Great way to start the day. Jordan was absolutely amazing! She did a chair yoga class that was energetic and engaging. Jordan was able to pivot and plan a challenging, therapeutic class for my mom which was also somewhat of a workout for me. Breathing, balance and targeting specific areas of our bodies seems easy but difficult at the same time! I was so proud of my mom for participating and thankful to Jordan for her smiles and positive energy. Her encouraging, steady voice was amazing. I am so thankful that we had this experience and she gave my mom an early birthday gift! Belief in herself and renewed strength!

He quickly responded within hours and welcomed me. I arrived to a spacious, clean studio that had a warm feeling to it. Brenda, the instructor leading Saturday morning was excellent. Since it was my first time at the studio she took the time to talk with me before class to find out more about my practice, any restrictions I may have had and where I was from. She was extremely friendly and knowledgable-she really made me feel welcome. Her cueing was right on, she really made sure we were mindful of our alignment, had a great pace for flowing and kept the atmosphere light and joyful. I have certain physical limitations, and Kelly is very conscientious about working around those limitations. Not only does she teach Pilates, but she also offers yoga, barre and healthy cooking classes and demos. I went to one of her raw food demonstrations yesterday evening and had a great time watching Kelly prepare a protein smoothie, a Glowing Strawberry, Mango, Avocado Sprouted Salad and, best of all, her Raw Walnut Cacao Bars, which were heavenly! The salad called for cilantro, which I'm allergic to. Not a problem at all--Kelly just served me before putting the cilantro in. The space is on the second floor and the door is on the side of the building. (My first day there it was a little tricky to find because gps places you at the building front.) Once inside go upstairs and down the long hallway. Because it's on the second floor; it's warm inside the studio. Some instructors kept the hallway door opened during class- letting in cool air, and others chose to close the door- making it warmer, but either way the classes were excellent! I wish I lived closer; I learned so much during my practice at Meta Studio.
