When they showed up in Nova Scotia, they wanted to be paid prior to us even seeing any of our items. When I paid for the bill, I was told that only half of our items were in the truck. Then when they showed up a week later with what I thought was the remains of our stuff, there were still things missing. It is now two months later and I am still waiting on items. When I got in touch with the office, I was told "As I mentioned on the phone a few days ago, we will be there at some point to deliver the rest of your items." So not cool!!!!! Whatever company you use, make sure you have a list and that you check things off as they get moved off the truck!!!

The first day we attempted to do the pick up, they couldn't find it in store even though the system showed it being there. We phoned the next day to see if it had arrived. They said they didn't know. They know what you've got before you do, and if it's something of interest you can bet your bottom dollar they took it. They are sneaky, unorganized and VERY unprofessional. I was under the impression it was illegal to open someone else's mail however, if you're an employee of Giant Promotions that's part of your job.... I only recommend them if you would like to wait weeks for something that's already in their warehouse, or if you would like your packages opened, or if you would like things from your package to disappear.
