With a wife, two small children, and two cars, it's pretty obvious I needed a quick fix. Jim was the 4th person I called and said he could do it within the hour. Fantastic service. We were having a terrible morning when our main circuit breaker blew out. I had to pull the manual release to get the door open. When I did the cable ( which I then noticed had badly frayed ) came unspooled. I called Atlantic and he was there in a couple of hours. he almost beat the electrician to the house ! He did a great job replacing both cables with much heavier ones and making all the adjustments that made it work much better than before. He answered my phone call at 9 PM and was at our home exactly when he said he would be 12 hours later. I had mis-diagnosed the problem -- thought it was a broken cable, but it turned out to be a broken spring. He not only fixed the spring, he changed from a one spring system to two springs for better operation, and replaced cables and lubed up the system.
