So we scheduled for Thursday. Mike arrived and was polite and professional. He inspected the door and provided me with multiple options. Since my wife wasn't here to stop me, I went with the top option. (Better to ask for forgiveness than permission) Mike installed all new parts, including a new motor, interior pad, and exteriors pad with code. He was efficient, and had everything repaired and replaced in a little over an hour. Then he walked me through the new system. Explaining everything, including the Warranty. He cleaned up everything before he presented the bill. The new system is quieter and smoother than the original. It was not inexpensive. But quality work never isI am hoping it last just as long as the original, which was (9) years. If not longer.
