I was comfortable on first visit when my representative was able to pull up the floor plan of my condo on her computer screen; they had installs at the complex previously. That probably led to such a quick and accurate quote. I was able to walk thru their warehouse, an extensive selection of granite to chose from. Once the bid was let, we had a visit from a technician for templating the kitchen counter. The install date was set and South Star was right on time. Tear out and install took less than 3 hours and was checked over and over for fit and leveling. Overall, a great experience.
