Long story short, waited to hear from them after about 3 weeks - nothing. So I called and spoke with the gal at the front desk (sorry can't remember her name). She remembered they were going to get a sample, couldn't find it - was going to call me back. Well here we are - no call, not even a "we are checking on it", etc. So obviously I will have to find someone else to help - they have lost any future business and/or referrals from me. Although the manufacturer indicated this was a DIY type assembly, the instructions convinced us otherwise. It was definitely a two man job and required the right tools. Jason brought a partner and did the assembly on a pretty cold day in January. They arrived on time and did a great job, including securing the pergola to an new concrete patio slab, hauling away all the packaging materials and cleaning up the job site. We are so glad we hired Jason and would definitely use him again. Jason is professional and reasonably priced and we definitely recommend him as a handyman based on our experience.
