Here's my story: I purchased a $4,000 EGO riding mower from Ace in Norfolk. Deliberately chose Ace instead of big box Lowe's, in case there were problems. Mower is delivered DOA. No power, does not start. I call Ace within 30 days of purchase, and store manager passes the buck: Contact EGO. I was dumbfounded. "Are you telling me you will do nothing for a mower that never worked?" Response: Contact EGO. I said, "Can you please give me a direct link or a phone number for Ace customers?" Response: "EGO.com." I said, "Well, thank you, sir, that is so very helpful." And he hung up the phone! WOW! One more time: If you are buying more than a hammer, do NOT purchase from this store.
