The staff, (during my visit) was extremely friendly and all in all, it was a wonderful visit and very nice experience. Yesterday I made another appt. for this morning. The receptionist was impatient with me while making the appt. After making this appointment, unfortunately due to an unforseen problem healtwise, I had to cancel. The young lady on the phone was (I believe) a bit put out and was very curt with me and when I asked for another appointment she continued to be curt. I did get another appt. but I've never had a receptionist at any of my doctors offices talk to me the way she did on the phone or in person.

My lower jaw is unusually larger than the average person that Dr Will had to custom-make the impression plate so that he can make proper impression of lower jaw. This was done last January. This is my 3rd denture set, and it is the most perfect and comfortable. I'm from California; however, I will return to this place if the needs ever arises. The first two sets I had before coming here for the first time were horrible and uncomfortable requiring quite few visits for adjustment. In 7 months, only visited once for tiny adjustment.

They were FANTASTIC!!! They actually LISTENED to what I wanted to have done not like the other place with THEY wanted done. Now, I have Humana and with them, there are times when any type of professional established has to be approved before you are seen. NOT Tomoka Dentistry. They even gave me a same day appointment!!! (because they had a cancellation) BUT, my next appointment was booked a lot sooner than other practices I've been to. Tomoka D. also took more new abdaptations and indepth pictures of my mouth. Dr. Schimenti was exceptional, very professional but down to earth type of person also. Her team (including the front desk personnel) were nice and friendly. They also told you what they were going to do before they began any work. Well, a week later, (WHAT? Earlier than most places) I was back in the chair getting my 2 new temporary front caps fitted. (I go back in 2 weeks, because of the holiday) And will have the permit ones fixed. I am extremely happy. It took 2 previous dentists to finally find the perfect one. Nicole is the best dental hygienist that I've ever been to! She is a wonderful human and makes my teeth cleanings painless. I always leave with my pearly whites looking perfect. I recently chipped my tooth and was lucky to get in the same day for a fix. Amber and Dr. Kortbus were the best and molded my tooth into its original shape. I can't even tell where the chip was!
