Althought I was happy with the dentist who did the work, the surprise of the added invoice has made me switch to another dental practice. Not only did I have the additional bill but the first several times I called about it over a 2 week period all I got was "leave a voice mail" which was not answered. SO DISSAPPOIONTED!!!!!!!!

The staff, (during my visit) was extremely friendly and all in all, it was a wonderful visit and very nice experience. Yesterday I made another appt. for this morning. The receptionist was impatient with me while making the appt. After making this appointment, unfortunately due to an unforseen problem healtwise, I had to cancel. The young lady on the phone was (I believe) a bit put out and was very curt with me and when I asked for another appointment she continued to be curt. I did get another appt. but I've never had a receptionist at any of my doctors offices talk to me the way she did on the phone or in person.

My lower jaw is unusually larger than the average person that Dr Will had to custom-make the impression plate so that he can make proper impression of lower jaw. This was done last January. This is my 3rd denture set, and it is the most perfect and comfortable. I'm from California; however, I will return to this place if the needs ever arises. The first two sets I had before coming here for the first time were horrible and uncomfortable requiring quite few visits for adjustment. In 7 months, only visited once for tiny adjustment.

Well, I can say I was one of those people until I was introduced to Dr. Brian Hazen. He has helped me in more ways then I could ever explain. He actually met with me on a day without an appointment, to take care of an emergency for me and my tooth. While he fixed my tooth , he kept me calm , and made me feel at ease. He even played great music to keep me occupied. Just an awesome guy with great skill who cares more than any dentist I have ever had. I should have realized then , he was my new dentist right then and there , however , I was already with another dentist that was closer to my home at the time , but Dr. Hazen was there to help me when MY own Dentist was not able to fit me in until the following week? Recently, I had another issue and I really needed a second opinion ...and once again, Dr. Brian Hazen was there again to make everything not good, but GREAT for me. Made sure to refer me to the right people and get answers to a problem ASAP because he actually cares.
