A family friend invited me to Zen out with her and my Mom at the Salt Cave and I was so excited! First of all I knew I needed to relax and I knew the private session for us would be what we all needed to heal so much we're all dealing with. Once I entered Casey greeted us kindly. Such a warm bright smile. I love walking in here the aura is so Zen and the vibes are just perfect. They have stuff all around you can buy- stones, salt items, shirts, jewelry. There was just so much to look at. To the Cave! Casey made sure we got into our zero gravity chairs easily as they can be tricky. But once settled in the cave with our blanket (they provide) and all set in the chairs seated back and relaxed it was time for Zen. My mom and our family friend were immediately relaxed it did take me some time as I have a lot going on in my mind. But the cave does a short guided meditation and then the rest was just relaxing sounds. I can't explain the calmness this cave brings. It like forces you to relax. Your mind and body are like being forced to let go of all the pain and hurt. It's so hard to explain you just have to try it for yourself. The salt cave you must wear white or light colored socks. They have cubbies for your shoes in the back. The rocks do hurt your feet but once you're in your seat you're perfectly fine. The sessions are also private. So whether it's 1 person for I think 8 max it's private for you and your group which I love.I also found out they do massages in there as well per request, and yoga! I'm for sure going to do a massage in there! I love it and I'll be back a few more times before I move.

It took a while to really get into the guided imagery/zero gravity chair and become zen but I eventually got there! Walked out of there feeling so much lighter and more relaxed. Hung out in the rest/beverage and snack lounge for a while. Loved the games, books, oracle cards and tarot decks. Will absolutely be back again. I needed some peace in my life and Saltitude absolutely provided this. So greatful to my friend for this gift!

I have such a "love-hate" relationship with Spalight. When they first opened, this place was an…read moreabsolute dream--meticulously clean, welcoming, and my go-to spot to totally reset. Unfortunately, the facility has hit a bit of a decline lately. What used to be impeccably dry, clean floors are now prone to dust and hairballs, and it's gotten so wet in the wet sauna areas that they've just started putting out "caution" signs instead of actually keeping it dry. I've seen quite a few people slip. Even the "unlimited" towel perk has been downgraded to a strict two-towel limit, and the food portions and quality have shrunk exponentially compared to the cost they charge it at. That being said, there is one major saving grace: the Korean auntie who does the body scrubs. She is an absolute legend and deserves a massive raise for everything she puts up with! She's the main reason the experience still feels somewhat authentic and worth driving to. The rooms are also on the smaller side, so if you go during peak hours, it's definitely more "crowded" than "calm." Honestly, the only reason I still make the trip is that it's the only K-spa within a reasonable driving distance from Boston. If there were more local options, I'd probably skip the decline here and head straight to NJ or NYC for a higher-quality experience. It's still a decent option if you're desperate for a scrub and a soak without the four-hour drive, but I really miss the high standards they had at the beginning.

I'm going to have to agree with some of the other reviewers that people were in the spa spaces with phones, and there was a lot of talking, which did make it hard to relax. When I was checking out, the young man at the counter, said some very weird things to me, which showed a lack of hospitality training. Someone else mentioned that when they checked in, they were given no orientation to the space and I had the same experience. It was put your shoes in a bag and here's where the locker room is. It's OK, I figured it out pretty quickly, but it might've been nice considering they were not busy at the front desk. I lived in Korea and have experienced authentic Korean bathhouses. This is not it, but I appreciate that the space exists and all different kinds of people were utilizing it.

Angela is an outstanding instructor who consistently goes above and beyond for her students. She walks around the room, provides individual feedback, and makes sure everyone is performing movements safely and correctly. It's clear that she genuinely cares about everyone in the class and wants them to succeed. What sets Angela apart is her energy, attentiveness, and motivation. She is loud and clear when giving instructions, so everyone can easily hear and follow along throughout the workout. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and she creates a positive, encouraging environment that makes the class both fun and challenging. I've taken the class with another instructor before, and the difference was noticeable. Angela stays focused on coaching and supporting participants rather than getting her own workout in. She makes everyone feel welcome, supported, and confident, regardless of their fitness level. The bungee fitness classes are an amazing workout, and Raffa is an excellent wellness facility with a welcoming atmosphere and top-notch programs. I highly recommend Angela's classes to anyone looking for a fun, effective, and engaging fitness experience.

After reading several reviews I was like hm, maybe I shouldn't give this place a go but since I…read morelove trying new things I came. Online they had a special for first timers and I opted to do aerial yoga for the 3 class package I bought and boy am I ecstatic that I went! Upon entering the parking area they have affirmations at almost every parking spot, which I enjoy. The outside of the building is so welcoming, they have meditation music playing on your way in and you're warmly greeted. Very easy to find and they have so many things going on here it's amazing. They have all types of yoga classes, a sweat spa, they do facials, massages and so much more! I walked around in awe of all of art and yogi stuff it was beautiful! The bathroom even had affirmations everywhere and was super clean! I mean so clean that I was walking around in my socks and then walking around barefoot which I don't do! I've never done aerial yoga before so I signed up for an intro class with David! He was great! The way he explained everything was very to the point and easy to understand. He so eloquently showed us the moves and then spotted us as we needed. I was terrified at first and then I learned to trust my body and by the time I knew it I was doing things in the air and upside down and I was so proud and felt impressed. I did indeed connect with my body on a level I never knew. I loved it so much I then did the beginner class with Lisa and then the all levels with David again. Lisa was sweet but I like David's teaching style better, but I liked them both, but will stick with David. I am indeed going to buy the 10 class package because I loved it so much and I indeed need aerial yoga in my life more frequently. I love this place I really do and I am so happy I didn't just ignore this place from reading previous reviews. Everyone has their own experiences and mine was pleasant all 3 times! I've already convinced my co-workers and mom to attend an aerial yoga class with me so we're setting that up. It had changed my life, changed my exercising, my being in tune with my body and opening me up to tons of new things I had no clue I could do. You feel very free after this class, and very much like you want to learn more and more moves. I would give this place a go for anyone thinking of trying it!

The 60 minute float was the perfect amount of time for me. I did fall asleep at some point which was nice. I was super sleepy and relaxed for the rest of the day. The float tank also does a great job of relieving minor aches and pains because you can stretch with no weight on your joints. I wish that I had thought to turn the lights off in the room before I started, because there was a little bit of light seeping through the cracks of the float tank. You can have the option to turn the lights and spa music in the tank on or off. My skin was super soft afterwards because of the epsom salt, but you might want to plan to do this on a day when you don't have any plans afterwards, because my hair was kind of funky for a while afterwards. The person at the counter was really friendly and did an excellent job of explaining everything. They provide a towel, q-tips, ear plugs, and anything you might need. The cost was $55 for one hour as a new customer. Definitely hoping to come back here and I've been recommending it to everyone!
