I called and they hadn't answered but they called me and texted back as well. I had the pleasure of speaking to a wonderful woman who helped set me up an appointment for later that day. Once I was there, a man (who I believe is her son) took care of me. Super friendly and got me in an out.

beware!!!!!! i should have known better than to use this…read moremakeshift company. they are a farce and it shows when you are going to pay. they only accept zelle so you can't get a refund after they agree to do as asked then tell give you incomplete information. the 4 reviews given are probably friends and relatives doing the review to make them seem legit. agreement to perform background check for possible employee and employee signed release form allowing company to release information to me. agreed that this was what i was being charged for. i was told i would have it in 24-48 hours. paid for round trip uber for personnel. i called 2 days later and was told it had not been received yet. called again after the following day and was told the same. called again after 6 days and was told they had information but could not share it even though release was signed. company took zelle for payment and no refund would be made because they felt they fulfilled the agreement.
