The facility is going through some remodeling-- I'm loving the modern look! It's nice to be in an office that isn't dated. The mammogram area had little extra touches that made me feel a bit more comfortable. A dressing room to get changed, a large bathroom, a nice waiting area. It had a feminine touch. Maddie was absolutely amazing. She walked me through the entire process, explained what she'd be doing and why, the next steps for the visit, and just truly took the time to make sure I felt comfortable. That extra detail really goes a long way! The receptionist scheduled my appointment to coincide with the doctor's in-office day. I waited just a few minutes and he was able to review my images. Such a wonderful experience!

She was very reassuring and explained what was happening as we went. She also checked in and gave me countdowns to help calm my nerves. You can tell she loves her patients and takes top notch care. Had a MRI with contrast and have been waiting for the results for four days. Several days later I was told the Dr had not looked at the scan yet and the technician would contact the dr tomorrow. Usually when you have a test like this run you want results sooner than later and I feel like I'm getting the run around! Will not go back there! The technician who ran the test was good, but quick results are important!

Very bubbly and pleasant - it's the perfect way to start the appointment. The facility is very clean and well taken care of. Most doctors office show wear over time, but that's not the case here. I was seen pretty quickly. The woman who prepped me for the doctor was also pleasant. I love how the office focuses on the little extra details in the exam rooms - paintings on the walls, a sound machine with soothing music, even the lower exam tables allow you to be so much more comfortable. Dr. Greene was wonderful, as always. Very throughout and ensures that I felt comfortable and took the time to answer all of my questions. It may be hard to get an appointment due to her volume of patients, but it's worth it!

After getting a second opinion at another doctor's office, I learned that that is completely untrue. There are hormonal treatment plans that 100% help the symptoms of that disorder. Separately when I tried to make an appointment for a general physician initial visit, months in advance, my appointment got canceled. I confirmed via text message however they still canceled my appointment because I didn't answer the phone calls. I had to book it months in advance and get out of work to be able to make it. So yeah, don't go out here.

The manager lied to me on the phone after making up some half-cooked excuse and then hung up on me. If I was treating her poorly that would be one thing, but I was respectful and just asked questions on how to get the cream since I have zero clue. Despite my pleasantness, it sounded like everyone in the office eats too many bear claws that inflame their poor attitudes. Frankly, I wouldn't go back here even if you paid me to. I will be filing complaints with GCHB and BBB.
