The facility is going through some remodeling-- I'm loving the modern look! It's nice to be in an office that isn't dated. The mammogram area had little extra touches that made me feel a bit more comfortable. A dressing room to get changed, a large bathroom, a nice waiting area. It had a feminine touch. Maddie was absolutely amazing. She walked me through the entire process, explained what she'd be doing and why, the next steps for the visit, and just truly took the time to make sure I felt comfortable. That extra detail really goes a long way! The receptionist scheduled my appointment to coincide with the doctor's in-office day. I waited just a few minutes and he was able to review my images. Such a wonderful experience!

She was very reassuring and explained what was happening as we went. She also checked in and gave me countdowns to help calm my nerves. You can tell she loves her patients and takes top notch care. The whole team was extremely nice and helpful. They also have a great waiting room if you have to come with a family member. I would HIGHLY recommend Pooler Imaging Center. Thank you for making a frustrating scan easy!

The surgery was fast, smooth, and much easier than I expected. My recovery has been great. I highly recommend this office to anyone. Thank you, Jordan, for your professionalism, calming presence and kindness. I appreciate you changing my gauze just before I left and for asking if I wanted my tooth before the surgery started. Did not need that keepsake but thanks for asking all the same.

Most of my fifteen plus visits were only with his assistant Eva in the Pooler office. The surgery plans were changed many times. The information shared with me regarding the MRI and CTs were not consistent which resulted in the surgical plan changing several times. Once surgery was scheduled, I was not fully informed regarding the details of my surgeries nor the extent of the plan to include a graft being removed from my groin. Additionally while in the hospital after surgery on both jaws, I did not get one visit from Dr Scarbrough instead his assistant called the nurses station to check on me. It resulted in my release when I was in no shape to be released. I ended up developing an abscess which required a procedure to drain along with a course of antibiotics. In addition they sent me to collections when they made a in office error with billing a procedure to BCBS. After calling his Pooler office to correct the matter I was told its BCBS and there is nothing we can do about it. After speaking with BCBS, the Savannah office called and notify me of their error which included a sincere apology. In addition, I will be receiving a refund for the co-pay for that day which was over $200. Finally, I'm still having trouble and can barely eat solid food (jaw locks open, I can't close it enough to chew food, and oh my God the pain). Moral of the story...I would highly recommend getting a second opinion (even if you have to pay another copay) before letting any doctor cut open your face...especially this one specifically. Initial visit with him is great but every thing after is subpar.
