This ASS, in particular, is entirely indoors and provides 24-hour access. ASS even offers online payment. Where else you gonna find an ASS like that?! I kid, I kid. The owners are a husband and wife duo that care about their tenants. Genuinely, they looked out for my best interests. But to that, upon inspection of the unit I would be assigned to, it was clear this business took very good care of the facility in both maintenance and cleanliness. Not only that, but the former assistant, now manager, Brittany, was amazing from the beginning! While assigning my space, she negotiated a fair deal for my space. This support has aided me on two other occasions thus helping me financially to be able continue renting space here, which I strongly wished to do. The ease of getting our things in and out of our spaces is solid - no issues here. Elevators and carts are available on both ends of the interior of the facility. Extra Space Storage has a wide variety of sizes in various space availability. These include, 5x5, 5x10, 10x7, 10x10, 10x20, 10x25, and 10x40. The 10x40 spaces are outside the facility and more than adequate size-wise to house RVs. This is an excellent business! I greatly appreciate the service and enthusiasm for the customer here. Their flexibility to aid their renters at times is highly appreciated too. Having great support from a stellar manager like Brittany always turns my visits here to a very enjoyable experience. I WALKED INTO THE FACILITY AND SPOKE WITH THE STAFF directly and scheduled my move out. The parent company has refused for close to a year to refund my money or even a pro-rated amount of it. Instead they continue to push back. I will not be using this facility again EVER. More of my time and their time greater than the amount in question has been spent, just so that they can have the last word. I've started using Extra Space. Much nicer and cleaner facilities and less cost. Check them out.

Unfortunately, there are some things you just can't get rid of, so you can drop off your baggage here and walk away. Atlantic Storage can't make that thing that you did that you wish you'd never done go away (of course I mean all those coats that you HAD to have), but they can take them out of site and out of mind until you can rejustify why you bought them in the first place. There are attendants on-site until 7pm daily, but the major advantage over other options in the area is that you can access your unit 24/7 with a pin code. Atlantic Storage is a little on the pricey side, but all units are interior, air tight and air conditioned which is a must in Florida whether you're storing skeletons, winter clothes or both.

Every location is accessible to unit owners 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and a facilities manager lives on site. I've had different units at this location over the past year and have been extremely satisfied with the service and safety I've received. About six months ago, I needed to downsize to a smaller unit and the owner, Mary, mapped out the best days for me to do it so I'd save the most money. Very honest lady! Storage Units just naturally seem like a hassle and pain, but I've been pleasantly surprised by my experience with this company.
