Needless to say I was furious and called the facility. I was informed the increase was correct. The lease agreement has verbiage stating rates may increase from time to time. One would expect that but not doubling in three months. This is deceptive practice at its best. After my protest they did reduce the increase but it's still fifty percent. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY THEY ARE CONS.

Her so best deal was not at all. 1st mos free was super but she told me its better to trade for 2nd month free. I didnt realize the bait n switch til today then spoke w spouse and he said I was at the wrong one and that doing 2nd month free was shady. I needed to go to where my other unit was...which she never mentioned seeing the other one or I would have never signed up at eastern Pkwy. I meant to be on 17 fleming island. Once w3 got it straight I canceled but guess what? Not in time my free month was 2nd mos so nothing to prorated. I wasted $$ by paying for 1st month. Lesson learned. Always do 1st most free do not let them switch it ! Also check all rates and discounts. I me tipped military but she didnt add it. I chose this company because it had great reviews. The owner replied quickly, that was another…read morepositive attribute and he would reply anytime during the day of moving when I had a question. Now for the bad. They ruined my sofa, I thought they put furniture on top of padding so it doesn't get grease on the fabric? Black grease on the side of the sofa. Second thing, they were suppose to bring a 3 man team and ended up with 2. More time it takes, more money. At the end, at bill paying time they took off $25 for the third person not showing! Thirdly, they sure chat up with my hubby. Hmmm, more time, more money. The time sure stretched out. Finally, that I know of right now, they put boxes wherever! I clearly had each box marked as to which room it goes. They would also ask me, I finally started saying "what's the box say?" Moving is stressful as it is, I would know, I've done it every two years most of my life (military). This was pretty stressful. I also tipped generously because I know moving "stuff" is not easy. When I move again, because I get restless in one place, I may have to find a different moving company.
