Two got back to me and the others didn't. I chose Promised Land Survey and am extremely glad I did. From the start of the whole process was a detailed quote and information on how the survey would be done, the timeframe and a cost breakdown. The cost was extremely competitive and well worth it! Before they came out, I was notified and they arrived exactly when they said they would. I went to talk to the crew (even during the pandemic) and they were nothing but professional. I'm a bit of a geek so I was asking a bunch of questions how this works and they spent the time to give me an education on the buried re-bar, how they coordinate the technical aspects of the survey with their home office. It was honestly fascinating and I appreciated the time they spent with me. As far as the work went, they did a fantastic job, the put the stake line where I asked them to, gave me a tour of where my property corners were and asked if I had any more questions.
