He showed up on time and we walked through my property and discussed what I wanted and where I wanted it placed. He also showed us a brochure that had many styles and colors of fencing to choose from. Kirt promised that the job would be done in one day, very convenient for me as I was on vacation that week and did not want to sit at home for a couple of days! Kirt and his crew showed up at 7:00 am on the agreed upon date, and true to his word, were finished by 4:30 pm. When they were done you would never would have known that anyone was there. They cleaned the area, washed the fence and wrapped up and put away my garden hoses. Before he left he said that if we ever, ever had any problems, to call him and they would take care of it. Arta quoted the project at $37,000 to fill cracks, and to rebuild our retaining wall. The quote was way more than what was needed for repairs. I had 2 other foundation companies come to look at the foundation. Both said Arta's quote was absolutely not necessary. And those two other quotes were a fraction of the costs. Be aware!

So, I had water coming into my basement through my chimney cleanout. Arta came out quickly and gave…read moreme a very reasonable quote. When they arrived it turned out that the water was not coming from where we both thought it was. More work and discovery was needed. I feared that this might change the quote. It didn't, thank God! They discovered that the water was leaching in through a brick flower box that I have next to my chimney. Once confirmed witha water test, they quickly fixed the problem, cleaned up, and left me a very happy customer.
