stewart was the buyer's title company of property for which i am administrator of the estate and…read morealso court appointed custodian of the minor child. closing was originally scheduled on feburary 5th and two days before they notified my title company that the court must approve the sale, which my attorney procceded to have done but this took 3 weeks. after stewart receivedthe court order they said this was not sufficient, although my attorney disagreed, and would have to wait until minor was 18. my title company decided to contact their underwriter and low and behold they issued title insurance. we finally closed a month later. this cost the daughters of the deceased $1,600 in mortgage payments and $1,000 in legal fees . stewart either doesn't understand anything out of the ordinary or they are incomptent. they had 2 weeks to raise this objection and didn't and then said court order wasn't enough????

But I asked them what was wrong with the unit.All they said was that they needed to find the R22 refrigerant which is not produced anymore. Two days later he told me he couldn't find it. I mentioned to him that EBay usually has products that are not available anymore. So after I hung up I checked on EBay and I found the item in 30 seconds. So I called him back and mentioned that to him. One hour later he called me and said that he found the item. Sounds fishey. So I got rid of my old property manager PMI Professionals. So my new property manager went to get keys and leasing documents and they told her that it was the compressor. Then she got another company to come do a inspection.The vendor did the inspection and said the compressor still works but the insulation was loose that's why the air was not blowing at full capacity.So he tightened it up and now works fine. Granted it is a older unit but I have at least time to see if I am going to fix it or buy a new one.So it just cost me 125 dollars If this company told me the truth I would have done business with them to either fix or replace the unit.I recommend that you don't hire them. The worst part was being taken to court over fees the landlord claimed I owed. After going through the stress and expense of the legal process, the landlord lost the case because those fees could not be legally charged. Instead of treating tenants fairly, it felt like intimidation and poor business practices. Based on my experience, I would not recommend renting here. Professionalism, respect, and fair treatment of tenants were lacking throughout my time dealing with this landlord.

The person who they sent to install the carpet, John, arrived at my door and as soon as he stepped in my house I could smell that he reeked of marijuana. If I wasn't on a time crunch, I would have sent him packing and asked for a new installer. It was so strong that when he left to go get some supplies, my bedroom smelled like marijuana. My wife came in the room to check the progress and immediately said it smells like weed in here. After the install, I called Nationwide to let them know that it was not ok to have someone doing installs that reeked of Marijuana and it was super unprofessional. I first talked with Cameron who said he has known John for years and I probably just smelled cigarettes. I told Cameron that I had been around Marijuana in the past and I know what it smells like. He was obviously gaslighting me to cover for his buddy. I then asked to speak with the owner, since Cameron was blowing me off. I next spoke with Chris and explained the situation to him and he also tried to gaslight me and said you probably just smelled cigarettes because John is a smoker. I again explained to Chris I knew what marijuana smells like and John reeked of it. I explained to Chris it was very unprofessional to have his installer come to a job reeking of weed. Chris just apologized and said he would talk to John. Chris never said let me give you some money off the cost of the install since that was unacceptable, nope just acted like I didn't know what I smelled and made excuses. I won't be using them again!
