The machine at first deposited my first check that I fed it, then I tried to feed it cash and it took my money, said cash was jammed after I fed it and that it couldn't read the amount but it couldn't give me the money back either, then it asked me to guess the amount and they would TRY to reimburse me? All of this happened at 5:15 two days after Christmas, when I guess they close at 5 pm because 5 or 6 employees sat inside the store watching me struggle with the now "out of order atm" and did absolutely nothing. I will never deposit cash at either one of these atms, nor will I ever use the atlee shopping center Wells Fargo to do banking again. Pretty pathetic customer service. Especially over the holidays.

The branch is managed by Scott Birdsong, which I met in my initial experience, and have interacted with several times since. He has been so helpful. He even took the time to walk me through some unexpected and truly helpful features on the app which I really appreciated. Everyone that I've interacted with here has provided the experience that I'd hope for. In a time where customer service seems lackluster and sadly sometimes missing altogether, this has been a wonderful example of who I want to do business with.
