I was sitting on it! How could I misuse it?! Eventually they agreed to pick up and fix it but not before I had to fight with them to do so. Everyone makes mistakes. It's how you deal with them that makes all the difference. If they had simply apologized and fixed their mistake, I wouldn't have to be writing this bad review.

We didn't want to pay to replace it yet, but didn't have any warrantee and wayfair where we bought it was no help. La-z-boy also didn't want to help us because we bought through wayfair. Jorge used to work for Raymour & Flanagan for 14 years and seemed to know exactly what he was doing from the start. I called and he said to send pictures, that he could come take a look for no evaluation fee. He charged me $320 to replace both manual recliners where the wires snapped on both sides. It was a 45 min job so it might not have been the best price but he did a good job and was very respectful and friendly.

The stain were only on table and 1 leaf, the other 4 leaves were new & just needed to be lacquered. Also needed this table done by specific date because I needed it for a big party. He confirmed it will be done. Or I said don't start project before the party but after because I need the table for this party. He has his finisher sand entire table including all the leaves, changes the finisher half way through the project, they can't get my table to it's original color and texts me 1 hr before my party that he will not be delivering it because it's not dry. We had to drive around LI looking for tables to buy/rent as the guests were gathering at my house! This man has no respect for others or decency to tell us a day before or at least the morning of. Once we presented our frustration, he told us that he will not be delivering the table to us and we have to come pick it up. Once finally delivered, the table is 3x darker than original color and 2 leaves not matching the rest. DEMANDED TO PAID IN CASH ONLY. My husband brought the 2 leaves back to fix it and he refused, ignored call, avoided him and then once we walked in the shop and seen him in person he said he will have to charge us to fix it!
