Jeff and his team were at our house doing extraction the same day and then they cleaned up the flooring, hauled the trash away, stopped mold growth by removing baseboards and removing any drywall necessary, and they dried everything with fans and dehumidifiers. Hugo and his team putting in a lot of manual labor, Maggie calling us daily with updates, and Jeff the manager overseeing our cleanup project with his team... We had a great experience with them and we'd recommend them to others and use them again (although hopefully not for another emergency!) The only feedback I'd give is more transparency and communication about pricing as the project goes along for customers who are paying out of pocket. They were very quick to take my money for the mitigation work, but once that was done, everything went downhill. It took five weeks before anyone showed up to begin repairing what they tore out -- and that only happened after weeks of cancellations and no-shows with little to no communication. To make matters worse, when they finally did show up, I discovered they had installed used wall insulation in my ceiling, which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional for a company that claims to specialize in restoration. The lack of organization, repeated delays, and questionable workmanship were beyond frustrating. I expected more accountability and basic professionalism, especially given how quickly they moved to get paid. I regret hiring them and would strongly encourage others to explore more reliable alternatives
