This business will seem so great initially, until the work is complete. We had our upper patio and lower patio refinished and there were multiple areas that had poor workmanship. We called and called and finically after approximately 6 months, Kevin spent about 30 minutes and slapped some sealer on. The fixed area did not match but were told it would blend and if not would be out to fix it. So we waited to see if these areas would "blend" which never did and now we again have been calling and emailing for past 3 months and they will not return calls/ emails, just like before. I would look for another company. Very poor customer service. Kevin is extremely rude should you press him to fix what he promises with stating he is just too busy. We will now have to hire another company to fix the job done by Complete Concrete. Stay away from this company!!!!!! I wish someone would have warned me about this company.

Aubrey arrived right on time, confirmed her cleaners didn't contain the things I'm allergic to, took the list and got started. 3 hours in, she asked whether we wanted to add more tasks to the list or roll over the time because she would have about an extra hour once she finished the list!! The girl who did the laundry room and the bathroom on the main level did an amazing job. The girl who cleaned the kitchen didn't bother mopping floor. And now our stove top light won't go off. The girl who cleaned the upstairs didn't sweep, mop, or clean the shower. When I got a hold of the company to let them know that they broke my stove, didn't mop floors or sweep upstairs and didn't clean the shower she ignored what I said about the stove, she told me my house was too big and if I wanted more time I would have to pay for more hours that my home is probably a 15 hour project. My home is 2300 ft.² on the main level and the upstairs and we did not have them clean two of the rooms. So less than 2000 your feet that was cleaned. That is not a huge home. That is average. She told me if I wanted my shower cleaned they would send somebody back out and I would have to pay for more hours but that my shower had hard water stains and that and they would have to bring chemicals to remove them. You can see in the picture my shower is frosted glass it's not covered in hard water stains it simply had shampoo on the door but I was told that it would take too long to clean the shower and I would have to pay more. So for 10 hours I did not get my floors swept, did not get my shower cleaned, did not get my floors mopped, and when they vacuumed it was such a crap job it still had debris. And as a bonus she broke my stove. Go with any cleaning company besides them. It can't be any worse
