Because they're part of the Logan Health umbrella, they may be an approved provider on most insurance plans. But if I had to do it all over again, knowing what I know now, I'd try one of the other providers on your plan first.

The room was very warm as they had a small heater on the floor but the doctor explained to us that the test works better at about 82* in the room. Their facility is very nice, they are very conscientious and the customer service is good. They are sometimes a bit more aggressive about doing lab or medical testing so you have to be careful if you are on a tight budget and find out if the tests are absolutely necessary. I waited over a month for this appointment and had to pay out of my pocket as I had no insurance at the time. Dr. Makman acted like I was there for only one thing: drugs. He offered me injections, that might or might not work, and were over $1,000 each and their office would have been happy to finance them for me. He refused to discuss any kind of medication or other options for dealing with my pain. Two weeks later I was on the phone with a friend who told me about an anti-inflammatory called diclofenac (usually sold as arthrotec) that had helped with her pain a lot. I went to my GP and asked him if I could try this drug. He agreed and within 24 hours my pain had lessened by at least 80%. I was on the verge of being disabled and had already had to leave one job because it was too physical. I left their office in tears and disgust and feeling like I had been treated like a second-class citizen (no insurance) or a drug-seeker - neither of which I am. I don't know what their deal is here but I'm getting ready to make a lot of noise about them and the Montana Center for Wellness and Pain Management where I had a similarly disgusting experience. I believe these people are nothing but crooks.

Dulcie and Jake are extremely well versed in their multi-level approach to my recovery. They do so much more than I ever would have expected. Not just attention to the obvious but scar tissue, other areas that are now readjusting to the new normal. Hip, the other leg, bruises, blood clots and probably things I don't even notice.
