Called on the phone to ask what they would charge for a simple thermal paste replacement. Was told…read morethat it would be $100 JUST FOR AN HOUR DIAGNOSTICS. Even though a diagnostics is completely irrelevant to what I asked. You can purchase thermal paste off of Amazon for $5-10, and you usually get enough paste for multiple applications. So either I pay $10 and do it myself multiple times... Or I pay $100+ for them to do it for me. Seem wrong to anyone else? I'm sure they love their older, less tech savy clients. Probably make a fortune off of them.
