I got appointment on April 2nd, 2015 at 6 pm with Lori Hardy. Around 4, Lori called me to make sure that I am coming. On the phone, I told her that my husband should work overtime, so nobody take care my kids (2y and 3y) and I will bring them when I do the massage. She said I can't leave them at the front without attendance. And then, I told her, that usually I bring them to the room. And she said " no problem if you bring the kids " So, at 5.45 I came there with the kids, and she provide toys and books at the front. I am glad and with big hope I can get massage and feel better. she asked me to fill the form while She did the massage for another patient. And I found that my appointment change to be 6.15. She finished at 6.20, so I wait there for more than 30 minutes and she just told me that I can't bring the kids to the room or leave the kids at the front. And asked me to rebook appointment another time. What???? Is it ridiculous? I never had this experienced before, the therapist reject to give me the massage as I bring the kids. Have you ever being a kid? Have you ever thing how your moms feel if you do the same treat that you did to me.
