I have been to other physio offices elsewhere where I have felt rushed and just one in a large pile to be processed so to speak. I This office is very open and there are about 8 beds. If you insist on privacy you will not have it here but everyone is there more or less for recuperative reasons and it is comfortable enough. There is a small waiting area, front desk receptionist and overall, I find the program to be very helpful and organized. Timing is always spot on and I have always been able to get in and out in under an hour while getting useful treatment.

So I thought this would be a good place to get a massage at. I booked at the beginning of the week with Corrine Lloyd. Their website is not up to date, since it said $65 for an hour massage but it was actually $70. When I arrived for my appointment I filled out a pretty comprehensive health form. The receptionist was very nice and asked if I could pay first, because she was going to go for lunch. The office is very nice inside, there is tea and water, a TV to watch. There was a album of foster children that are sponsored by the clinic. Corrine came out and got me. We went over my form, she asked for a few more details, then she had me hop on the table. As a massage therapist myself, I have never been able to find a therapist that has truly helped me but also made me feel relaxed. Corrine did that! Her technique was very thorough. She has a lot of strength, but knows how to regulate it when needed. She has been a therapist for 12 years and it shows! She worked on everything I asked, but didn't over work anything. She only talked if I talked first. I have never walked out of a massage feeling as good as I did then! I highly, highly recommend Corrine for your massage therapy needs, you will not be disappointed! The first day was my assessment appointment and it was done by Andrew whom I found to be understanding, considerate and knowledgeable. All of the following sessions were handled by Enoch who was also very knowledgeable in post operative therapy. Each class began with 15 minutes of warm up exercises led by Allie. I wasn't at all sure how a group class would work for me but it turned out to be pleasant and most importantly successful. The guidance and instruction given to ensure that I followed and did the exercises correctly without issue was very helpful. So anyone having Knee replacement or hip surgery should definitely consider MarketMall Physio as they have a great team of knowledgeable therapists and Kinesiologists.
