While I was initially patient regarding delays caused by storm-related work, communication throughout the project was poor. I was never given a clear schedule, and the crew arrived on multiple occasions without any prior notice. While monitoring the work from my security cameras, I became concerned that the crew was leaving before completing the agreed-upon services. I made several calls attempting to reach someone before they left, hoping to avoid further delays. When the owner returned my call, he spoke to me in a manner I found disrespectful and unprofessional, including making insulting comments and telling me that he did not need my business. Although Mr. Young later apologized and I apologized for repeatedly calling, the entire experience left a negative impression. The office receptionist was courteous and professional, and I appreciated her apology for the situation. Overall, the lack of communication, unannounced visits, and the owner's behavior are the reasons I will not use this company again. It's unfortunate because I had planned to hire them for additional projects in the future, but I will be seeking another company instead.

They treat it like a new build by leaving trash laying in the yard, leaving wood on the front lawn for days, cleaning their equipment in my yard leaving shards of concrete material in my grass instead of the street. Brayan doesn't respect the home owners request, example: I asked them not to leave the rebar from the demo laying in my front yard, to place it in the street. Brayan told me that he would have the trailer there to get it, the trailer never showed. I started moving it to the curb after sitting in my front yard for 3-4 days. Communication is a problem, limited use of English. There are more issues... My pour was about a month ago and the job hasn't been completed. Poor performance in showing as agreed. Poor follow up. Discolored pour. They didn't use anything to cover my brickwork, to limit the splatter from the pour. What I've learned, my advise is not to choose them. Look at their review on Networx.com.
