Fast forward to having a recommended deck and fence person that was recommended come out, give a quote, and then ghost, then you have me using the handy dandy Request A Quote feature on Yelp. Fencing Unlimited was the only one to respond and Alex was very quick in all responses. He came out and gave me a quote the very next week on that and another small project I had. He was up front and said it might be a few weeks before he could do it since he had a few other major projects going at the same time. I appreciated his honesty and was happy to wait. The only issue I had is that he went radio silent for more than a few weeks. But like I said, he was busy and I get that. So after a quick phone call, he said he would have people out the very next week. Which he did. They did amazing work. They even went above and beyond and fix some of our loose spindles even though I didn't ask. When he came to check on the work (which a recent contractor never did), he apologized for the delay. I was very pleased with the work they did and all my interactions with Alex.
