Stupidly, we agreed to pay Sunready upon their word to return and fix the problems. We paid them in May and received emails confirming they were trying to get a return date.....after several phone calls, we were issued a text in August saying that they did a good job, were paid and wouldn't be returning. The cost of the project was well above 200K. Throughout, our project was marred by delays, setbacks, mistakes, and frustrations in dealing with a company that refuses to take accountability and has very little interest in striving for customer satisfaction. In the end the experience was wholly unpleasant and I would not recommend this company. I waited a year to post this review in a fair effort to have the owner address multiple deficiencies (for details see Homestars review). After being ignored and receiving more gaslighting comments, I finally felt that it was important for other potential customers to hear of a different experience with this company. In my opinion, a company's true nature is shown by how they address mistakes and strive for customer satisfaction.
