Just about every review for this practice looking back years is one star. So I am going to throw in…read moreanother one. The first thing is the staff who do not communicate with each other or the doctors. All you can do is leave a message and hope someone returns it. Takes days to get a call back. Found out this practice has been bought and sold twice and now is owned by a big corporation. So you are only a chart number. I have been dealing with this office for almost 3 months now because of a catheter issue for my husband. The incompetence of the staff is beyond unbelievable. My husband has been hospitalized twice now and has a massive infection from the overuse of catheters from the hospital and the practice. What should have been a simple procedure has turned out to be so complicated at the cost of his health and pocket book. The health system is broke but at this point what are the fixes.

I then…read morepartially undressed and was left alone in the room for 25 minutes very uncomfortable and became very anxious Was ready to walk out ( which I wish I did) when Dr Cary walked into the room with a student without asking me how I felt. I had talked to the PA for quite awhile explaining why I was there. Dr Carey then asked me about why I was there as if I never talked to his PA or did he.?? My issue was simple frequent urination. He then proceeded to physically examine me inappropriately. I later found out he should NEVER have physically examined me there was no reason. I had no bleeding, no other systems and another office did a ultrasound of my bladder externally and found nothing unusual. This was a nightmare and I have suffered for a few years from the trauma. He should never be allowed to see another woman again No one should have to go thru an experience like this. He blocked the student and nurse in the room
