When planning a wedding, not everything goes perfectly and this includes the honeymoon. We recently discovered, without notice or warning, that American Airlines had cancelled our flight out of Grenada to Miami. If it wouldn't have been for Neal and his attention to detail, we could have been stuck between a rock and a hard place with limited return options. Since Neal caught the mishap early, he was able to use his expertise to find alternate options and now we will be staying an extra night in Grenada at the same resort for FREE (as well as a resort credit) while carrying over our prearranged travel plans to the following day. We have never met Neal face to face because of our location differences (he's in Atlanta and we reside in Cincinnati) but his professionalism allows him to set up the perfect vacation for all of his customers no matter where they are located.
