He also told me he would come back and address anything else that needed attention, and I do believe he would. That said, I was disappointed with the overall quality and timeline. We paid to have four rooms, ceilings, trim, windows, and cabinets painted. Ryan told me he would personally be doing the painting and that the job could be "knocked out in a day." Instead, it took 7 days, and he had an employee doing 99% of the work. He typically didn't arrive until around 11:00 each day, and there always seemed to be another reason for the delays. The walls themselves turned out fine, but the trim, windows, edges, and detail work were very sloppy and will be redoing myself. I had to put stickers on numerous areas throughout the house to show what needed to be fixed. There were visible drip marks and streaks, paint on areas that shouldn't have been painted, a window that was painted shut, and a door that was painted shut. Some of the edges around the trim and windows were especially messy, as you can see in the photos. Also, got dark paint from shoes all over new carpet that I spent an hour getting out. I understand that things can be fixed, and I appreciate that Ryan did fix the areas I pointed out. But I don't feel like a customer should have to walk through an entire house and nitpick every inch of the paint job to get it looking finished. Ryan himself was kind, and I have no doubt he would continue to fix things if I called. But based on the amount of time it took, the communication, and the amount of touch-up work needed, I left feeling disappointed. The walls were fine, but the attention to detail on the trim, windows, edges, and finishing work just wasn't what I expected.

Quality is unquestionable. When he shows up and actually works he does good work. But he doesn't…read moreshow up over 50% of the time. He also doesn't communicate. He started a few small-ish projects in my 1860's house last fall and they're stIll not complete. Over the course of the months he's been working on this job he doesn't show up for WEEKS at a time, he doesn't respond to texts or phone calls, and in fact I'm about to get lawyers involved. Cannot and would not recommend him. He tells you whatever he thinks you want to hear then just does what he wants. Right now he's supposed to be finishing some trim painting in a couple rooms downstairs and installing a doorknob on a set of French doors. This time it's been two weeks since he's been here and he simply hasn't responded to texts or calls. Simply put, don't use him. You'll regret it.

He gave her a quote and said he could start within a few weeks. He emailed her the next day the paperwork/contract, she signed it and sent him a check for the down payment. He confirmed receipt of the payment and told her it would be a few weeks. After a few weeks she called him again and he said he would be out Saturday. On Saturday he texted and claimed he had car trouble and would be out Monday. And after that my mom hasn't heard from him at all. She called him 3-4 more times and texted him, with no response at all. He has, in essence, ghosted her after he got some money from her. The fact that this human chose to take advantage of my senior citizen mom is despicable and I recommend you NEVER call him. He will steal your money.

It is a large room that was not well maintained and a lot of preparation work had to be done to the walls before painting. Brennan did a fantastic job! His job is precise and clean, he is accessible, reliable and he delivers what is expected.
