The bartenders are rude, will blatantly ignore customers, they seem to pride themselves on being rude. They just switched to cash only. Good seating outside in the summer, but definitely not worth the long wait to be served. Interesting drinks but on the sweet side. Would not willingly choose to go here. read more

We love the atmosphere in here! And their drinks are amazing. My favorites are their different flavored mojitos. The raspberry mojito and the lychee mojito being my bar far favorites. We love all the different areas to sit, whether that's at the bar or at private booths. They have two large beautiful fish tanks. And there's a pool table and a shuffle board too. The fireplace makes for a nice area to sit around as well. We haven't had a chance to sit on their outdoor patio yet due to the weather. read more

My husband and I stopped in here last night for date night and were impressed. It's a great hang out type of place, with lots of seating and fun atmosphere. We both had two drinks, I had the Grape Ape and the Strawberry Split, which were both fantastic. It's also nice that you can get Roman Candle Pizza delivered to the bar if you get hungry. They had The Matrix projecting on the wall which I hadn't seen in years! It's the little things that make this place great. Will definitely be back. read more

The Koi is a regular stop for us. Their staff is attentive and really has their sh** together. The prices are decent for the area, and the drink selection is gigantic. They don't have food aside from chips and frozen pizzas, but add beer and they're delicious. Roman Candle delivers to the bar if you ask them to, though. Koi is probably my favorite haunt in Fitchburg. read more

When I first heard of Atomic Koi -- I was thinking COOL! It's a bar AND it has a ton of fish!?!? Unfortunately that's not the case, but that's a-okay with me. Very intimate and kinda dark. You can play shuffleboard which is pretty cool. There's decent parking and a pizzeria across the hall which can deliver to you while you're still sipping away at your dranks. Great service, friendly bartenders and good drinks. I'd come back. read more

No working website (for a long time now) no updated Facebook (oct 2015 last post). Not a good way to draw in customers that check the web for events, specials, etc information....has affected my coming, as who can say theyre even open anymore...especially when in a less traveled location, pick up the pace and let us k ow you're there.... lost 3 stars from my original review for this.... read more

I went here for a late night drink and had a very nice time. They have a pretty relaxed atmosphere and a mix of ages for a crowd. I was surprised with how many people were there because of the location. It would be a great place to go to grab a drink, play some pool or darts, and hang out. I will agree with another review that I saw - if people are playing Shuffleboard and pool, you do run into each other and have to ask for a bit more room, which can be awkward. I held my 30th bday party here in 2011. awesome! great atmosphere, great decor, good prices! the private room can be held with a free reservation. The owner was very cool about us putting up b-day decorations, balloons and signs, and also allowed us to cater in appetizers from another company. The bartender's were nice, but a little slow. It was a pretty packed bar, but over all was the best birthday party ever! Great bar for age 26 and up! read more

We love the Koi, though as someone else mentioned, it's tough to find a seat on a Friday night. They have a shuffleboard table as well. Cool date place. Cool place to meet a lover ; ) This is the sister bar to Jade Monkey, which another very cool bar! read more

I have been to Atomic Koi numerous times and have really enjoyed the atmosphere. However, last evening a bunch of coworkers and I went there for a drink and to celebrate a baby shower and we were almost harassed by the bartender working. She told us it was "inappropriate" for us to have the shower there because it was a bar. We were just looking for a fun, relaxing environment. We have had three baby showers at this venue and not once were we made to feel like we were bad people. Upon entering, we were stopped and told that we should have a reservation and could only be there if we were drinking. There were four people in the bar and it was 5:00 pm. One of our coworkers had brought her two year old and the bartender rudely told her that she needed to leave immediately. I completely understand not allowing children, but to be rude and force her out is completely uncalled for. Another coworker had ordered a few drinks and had carried one out as we were being forced out of Atomic Koi. The bartender made a big scene and grabbed the full beer out of her hands and carried it back in. When we tried to get our money back, the bartender was rude, kept rolling her eyes and said we were "acting like a high-schoolers trying to sneak drinks out". This was a horrible and unfortunate experience all around and it has completely turned me off from going there again. Don't waste your time or your money at Atomic Koi. read more

A nice, clean, friendly, but funky lounge-y atmosphere. The drinks are good and a decent price, a good selection of fun drinks on the menu. I can actually hear the bartenders to order and talk to my friends, it's nice not to have to shout nor have it too awkwardly quiet. The crowd was mostly mid-late 20/30s. Beautiful fish tanks and different seating options. Good place to just hang out for the night. read more

Love the Koi! Bartender's are awesome and pour the drinks strong. You can't beat the price and the patio is great. They grow their own mint for the mojitos outside. It's rarely too crowded to order a drink and never too loud have a conversation. read more

Our party of 6 wanted something different, we were tired of the same old bar scene. I'm always looking to save a buck so I contacted my broker at IMS and asked what's new? Drinking on barter, even better! This place has a vast array of drinks and the service is great. Wish it were closer to home but we'll definately be back sometime soon. read more
