When it got stuck and wouldn't let the water out in Sept 2025 it was repaired at no charge under the warranty. It was still under warranty when it happened again in Jan 2026, but a different employee came out, who proceeded to tell me that I had broken it because the hose was attached to it. I explained that I had attached the hose to see if the water was working since it had gotten stuck the day before and I could not use it. Then he said the wind had caused it and I had caused it and I kept telling him I had not done anything and the wind had always been here and it had never affected the spigot that had been here for 20 years and then he said it I could add a heating strip and/or insulation - and again I said none of those things were needed with the previous frost-free spigot and this spigot is defective. At first I wanted it replaced because it was defective - this had happened twice now - it was not bursting, it wouldn't let the water out and this particular time whatever was froze up inside of it thawed out between me checking it and Tim his employee checking it. He did absolutely nothing to fix it and was surly and rude to me. I thought he had left to go back to the office and speak to his boss about it; instead he walked around in my yard without my permission, and apparently talking on the phone to his boss, because he came back to the front door and when I opened it, he put the phone out and said his boss wanted to speak to me so I took the phone, and his boss proceeded to shout at me, ranting in a nasty tone and repeating that I had left the hose on it and caused it to "freeze and bust" and told me that at least 10 times and I kept trying to speak and tell him it did not "freeze and bust" because it was working again! He was so rude and belligerent and I refused to be disrespected like that and handed the phone back to his employee, Tim. The owner Travis Knight, was such a bully and so rude to me because he did not want to honor the warranty. Today he called and left a message wanting me to call him. At this point I will not give him another opportunity to speak to me that way again. I texted him to inform him of that and to also inform him that neither he nor anyone associated with him can enter onto my property or they will be charged with trespassing. I will no longer accept a replacement and want to be refunded in full and I want my money back immediately.

He came to my home at 9:30 PM and stayed until my drain was open even though he was due to go on vacation that evening! I felt relieved that Barry let me watch him work and told me what he was doing step-by-step and then gave me advice about what he thought the actual problem was. Well, I had to call them again just before Christmas for the same drain and found out that I had concrete piping that was causing the plug. I would highly suggest going with a different company than Anytime Plumbing - our experience was horrible. Seth was unprofessional and unprepared. After cutting the main plumbing lines, he left for close to three hours to get supplies. When he finally returned to work at 3pm, he then had to stay well into the evening (which certainly would not have been our preference) just so the drain could be functional and we could actually use any plumbing in the house. Although his company claims to have strong attention to detail and great customer service, when my husband pointed out some deficiencies in his work, Seth was very angry and defensive. My husband is an extremely fair man, and tried to calmly come to an agreement regarding fair compensation for the work that had been completed. Seth left the house with his apprentice to sit in the back of his truck for a long period of time pouting. The problems found in the work were very basic. The plumbing actually has to be in the plumbing wall. The rough in for the sink was over 22" in height which would have caused us serious problems for drainage after the project was completed. My husband and I went outside to ask how we could properly resolve this situation, and again, despite how calmly we tried to present some solutions, Seth was angry and rude. When finally coming back inside the house and trying to fix the poorly completed work, Seth put a screw right through the water line. Had my husband not caught Seth's mistake after he was gone, our basement would have been flooded. My husband (who is a carpenter and not a plumber), had to fix numerous mistakes and poor workmanship after Seth was gone, but it was easier for him to fix it himself than try to ask Seth to come back. Seth also left the worksite a complete mess. The whole experience was stressful and frustrating. When my husband reached out afterward to make Seth aware of his concerns (including the fact that he put a screw through the water line and would have flooded the basement), he received an extremely rude and unprofessional response from Seth. Although Seth's quote was high for the amount of work to be done, we proceeded because he was willing to get the job done quickly and we wanted to proceed with the renovation. We learned our lesson the hard way. It is absolutely worth slowing down, and getting multiple quotes from more experienced plumbers rather than rushing into hiring Seth. I am sharing this review for the sole purpose of trying to prevent other customers from having a similar experience to ours.
