They did not even care about my outside water spigot valve being aligned as it used to be close to the cutout in the vinyl but now is far away and not upright (red valve) and is almost impossible to use now. This company used PEX pipe which can be damaged by UV radiation from sunlight. It is supposed to be COVERED even in indirect sunlight. Again, they did not do what is recommended by the manufacture. Another short cut by this company. I was out trying to thaw this line out at 2:30 am and again between 7am to 6:45pm on January 20, 20255 in 7 degree and 17 degree weather. I was almost 72 years old and have health problems. So I called him. His response? Throw a heater under the trailer. Anyone knows that trailers have many vents in the skirting. What good is little heater going to do? He messaged me back about 3pm saying if I bought the materials, he would put it on free of charge. I had already began working on it myself before then. You would think for $1800 he would at least cover the pipes. Was this a good value? Absolutely not!! Use them at your own risk. I DO NOT recommend them.

First they lied about the billing. Then they showed up an hour late to the appointment. When I…read moretalked to the owner about these issues, he just told me they expect full payment and said " conversation over". Poor customer service. Update: Here is the owner's response to my review "William we are just your home warranty service provider, and your claim was not approved. You are required to pay your service call fee in accordance with your Home Warranty provider. We did tell you to contact your warranty provider and discuss. But you knew you owed the service call fee and when we arrived to assess the claim you jumped into your truck and left us at the house, to avoid paying. Now you want to provide a poor review against our company." Choice home warranty does not require the customer to pay the service fee up front. If they dad I would never have chosen them because of horrible contractors like Home Pro Elite. I called Home Pro Elite and told them that and I was told not to pay until ACTUAL WORK was performed. I got in my truck and left because the person there said they were done and no work was performed. I also did that because the servicemen was an hour late. The only response the owner about this tardiness was "Conversation Over".

They we're supposed to unclog my toilet and fix a leaky water spout in the shower! Originally he said he was going to pull the toilet and had to cut the bolts on the bottom, replace those and a gasket when he unclogged the commode! And fix the leak In the shower! He came was here maybe a total of an hour said everything was fixed and took 285 dollars. I come home from work the toilet is still stopped up and hasn't been taken up and cleaned of debris! The shower was leak free for a day! I contacted them to get a refund because what he said in his quote wasn't done and nothing was fixed! He then tried to solicit me for another 125 to do the original quoted repair! He won't give me my money back, he didn't do what he said he was going to do and I still have to hire a someine else. After I made him mad he then said I had leaky this and that and was trying to help me out by offering to do what he already got paid for! I wouldn't have given any stars but it wouldn't allow me to post until i did

I had this company out for what should have been a straightforward shower cartridge replacement,…read moreand the whole experience left a bad taste. To start, the plumber was friendly enough, but within minutes of arriving, he pivoted straight into trying to sell me a $5,000 water softener system. I don't know when every service call turns into a retail sales pitch, but it's exhausting. I declined and asked to stick to the actual issue. From there, things got worse. Before even inspecting the cartridge or looking behind the wall, he began suggesting a much more invasive (and expensive) solution involving cutting an access panel into my bedroom wall and potentially replacing surrounding plumbing. Again, this was all before any real attempt to diagnose the problem. When I pushed back and said I just wanted the cartridge replaced, I was quoted around $500. High, but fine. Then, after about 30 seconds of trying, he claimed the faucet "wouldn't come off" and immediately went back to pushing the wall-cutting option. I decided to hold off and take a look myself after he left. The faucet was stuck, sure--but with a Dremel, I had it off in under two minutes. A quick trip to Lowe's, about $150 in parts, and an hour of work later, everything is fixed. No leaks, no wall damage, no unnecessary upsell. End result: I saved somewhere between $350 and $1,000, depending on which route they were trying to steer me toward. I don't expect miracles, but I do expect an honest attempt to fix the actual problem before jumping to the most expensive option. This felt far more like a sales call than a service call. Would not use again.
