If you're a connoisseur, they have a huge "menu" board advertising a great variety of brands and flavours. They also have several printed guides to help you decide which brand/flavour is best for you. They also are more than willing to let you smell or try out new flavours before you buy them so you don't end up with something you hate! The best thing about VapouRevolution though is the friendliness and accommodation of the staff. They went out of their way to order my preferred e-juice and made several calls to the company. In spite of several difficulties, they managed to get it in for me eventually - even though it cost them a ton of money to take a chance on a specific brand that could have sold poorly except for me purchasing it. They are also extremely helpful if you don't know what to choose if you're new to the whole vaping thing. It's a relatively small and more personal setting, which means you usually get served right away by the staff. Definitely do all your vape related shopping here, and watch out for other vaping stores just down the street - there are several rude employees there who have no idea what they're doing. About 2 to 3 months after buying it, I went in looking for a replacement part (a coil), but staff told me they didn't sell parts for it and that the device was discontinued--even though I was explicitly told it was the "newest vape" when I bought it. Because they claimed they didn't carry parts, he barely even got to use it--maybe for a solid month in total--since he was using smaller vapes in the meantime. Come to find out later, that was completely false and they did carry parts. Then, the unit completely stopped charging and wouldn't light up at all. I brought it back to ask about an exchange for a defective, $250 product under a year old that had barely been used, and they completely refused. They hid behind a "policy" requiring the original physical box and paper receipt--even though I offered my bank statement that explicitly says "Switch2Vapes" with the exact date, time, and $250 total. I had clear proof that I bought it there, and they easily could have verified it and helped us out as loyal, repeat customers. Instead, the policy felt like a convenient line they use to brush people off and avoid making things right. We weren't even demanding a full cash refund--we just wanted an exchange for a working vape, preferably a different model since this one gave us so many issues. We have spent a lot of money at this store over time, but there is zero customer loyalty returned. When I asked how they could make this right, the employee offered a small discount so I could spend more money on another setup. When I pointed out how unfair that was, she just smiled and said, "Well, that's all we can do." I don't even think she meant to be intentionally rude, but the utter lack of empathy, basic social skills, and awareness of how frustrating the situation was for a regular customer made it so much worse. If the situation had been handled with an ounce of genuine understanding or effort instead of an indifferent smile, I wouldn't even be writing this. Save your money and go somewhere else that actually stands behind what they sell, values loyal customers, and trains their staff to treat people with real care.
