I would really like to love this brand. Although I have had a good experience with on of their product, I've had a very difficult experience with customer support. It took me 2 months to get an answer to a product question after trying via phone, email, Facebook messenger and Instagram - and I had to follow up multiple times. When I did receive a reply, it was very informative.
I reached out with a second question and, quite frankly, felt pretty brushed off by Stephen Eddey. Because this brand is so education oriented, I really hoped he would listen to my question and provide valuable information. Instead he answered almost as if he hadn't listened to my question at all. That was disappointing because I bet he's a wealth of knowledge.
Lastly, after purchasing a product from the APT Science website - I got an email request to leave a product review. I did so with my honest option of 3 stars, but my review never made it onto the website. I seems like they cherry pick their reviews, so that is something to be mindful of when shopping. read more
