I made the mistake of doing business with this company a few months ago and I'm so glad its over…read more When I got my car insurance from them I gave my information over the phone, based on that I was given a reasonable quote for less than $100 per month. However they found an accident where I was labeled at fault even though I was rear ended so my premium would be over $200 a month. I was told that if I fixed the at fault label my premium would be cut in half again and the extra I paid would be prorated. Great. I sign up and start trying to find who said I was at fault. It wasn't my old insurance company, the credit reporting agency or the DMV so finally after asking Protectors for help multiple times I called Progressive directly. They informed me that protectors should have handled all of this themselves and immediately I was bounced back to them but this time they magically became helpful. Not that helpful though, even though I offered them the police report my Insurance was still over $170 a month. They have refused to help me further so I have found MYSELF a comparable quote for less than $100 and will be recommending that the rest of my family stop insuring their 4 cars here. As far as I'm concerned this company owes me over still $250 but I'm just happy that this is over.

After numerous calls and uncountable mistakes on policies…read morethat had been with this company for 15 plus years , asking countless times for them to remove an ex , applying payments where they did not belong, using someone else's credit card on the account and not notifying anyone, after over a year of constant chaos , they issued a check for $364 due to there errors on the policy change then turned $74 into a collection agency , It just so happens that $74 was not to be applied to the policy , it was supposed to be applied to the exes policy, with the wrong credit card and we were never notified, so they put it back in the policy as a charge and did not take responsibility for there errors. Do Not Do Business here, you will regret it.
