The sauna is a great way to unwind after a workout, and the showers are always clean The best part for me is definitely the boxing room. Having a real professional boxing ring is awesome, and there are so many heavy bags that you never have to wait to train. Id always train Muay Thai, it's an incredible setup. Overall, it's a great gym with a friendly atmosphere and everything you need. Definitely one of my favorite gyms in the area. Highly recommend!

Whether it's someone throwing away the trash and putting new bags in the waste baskets or somebody mopping the floor in the locker room it makes you feel as if the place is cared about and cleanliness matters. I can only imagine that the next matter I'm about to mention, has been written about or mentioned several times. I understand that there might be building and tenant rules in play here and that the gym might not have much they can do unless it goes way further up the chain like corporate management. I would kindly request that this matter be addressed because it affects everyone, whether a member or visitor concerning the parking rates. I came in as a visitor on a guest pass. For someone who's canvassing the area for gyms to find to make their home it was a challenge. My first visit cost me $10 and my second visit cost me $20. This is something to be considered when someone is looking to make a facility such as this their base for their health and workout needs. You can easily see that if somebody goes to the gym a couple times a week it can result and up to $60 or more. Justin parking cost on top of that there's a membership fee. Sometimes people need a small getaway, sometimes time gets away from you sometimes you just wanna hang out in the pool for an hour or so, and we want to be able to do that without constantly checking the clock. While using the locker shower area (no curtains in the men's showers), I felt that a staff member repeatedly lingered nearby, stared at me while I was showering, and later entered the stall area I had been using when I briefly stepped out. He touched my naked body with his shoulder as I was re-entering my stall. I reported this immediately because I felt unsafe and violated. I spoke with the manager, Carlos, expecting the situation to be taken seriously. Instead, I was told I could "go to another gym," which felt dismissive and extremely unprofessional for a safety concern. Carlos also told me the employee involved is named Ray. He had a dark mustache. After leaving, the situation escalated further when a female employee came outside the building and yelled at me after already addressing me inside. Overall, this was a very disappointing first-day experience. I did not feel heard, supported, or safe as a new member, and the way this situation was handled was unacceptable. I will likely be canceling my membership after this and attempting to get a refund since I just signed up hours ago.

First thing you notice is the size. This location is much bigger than others and actually feels like a full, large-scale gym. There's a lot more space to move around, and overall it just feels less tight even when it's busy. I mainly use it for general workouts, but I've also done yoga classes here and used the amenities, pool, and jacuzzi. The pool and jacuzzi are a huge plus and really make this location stand out, especially for recovery days or when you want more than just lifting. Staff and overall energy are strong. Front desk usually greets you, trainers are more approachable, and the place feels more social. Cleanliness is solid too, staff keeps everything in check. The downside is the crowd. The vibe can be a bit much at times. A lot of people seem more focused on socializing, filming content, or being seen rather than just working out. It's not always like that, but it's noticeable. Weekends, especially afternoons, get hectic. But parking is actually not bad. The structure is big and I've never had to wait long to find a spot. Overall, it's a strong location. The size, pool, and jacuzzi make it worth coming to, and the energy is higher. Just depends what kind of gym environment you prefer.

Many of the machines are covered in dust, and the floors are consistently dusty, making it seem like regular deep cleaning isn't being done. For a gym where people are constantly exercising and sweating, cleanliness should be a top priority. Another issue is the temperature inside the gym. It is almost always uncomfortably hot, even on days when the air conditioning should be keeping the facility cool. There is also a visible opening near the top of the wall by the windows where you can actually see daylight from outside. It appears the wall is not fully sealed, and this raises concerns about the building's maintenance and may contribute to the uncomfortable temperature inside. There are also damaged areas along the base of the wall where the covering has come loose, leaving exposed material behind it. These maintenance issues have been there for quite some time and make the gym look neglected. Members pay every month expecting a clean, safe, and well-maintained facility. I hope management takes these concerns seriously by improving the cleaning schedule, repairing the damaged areas, sealing the opening in the wall, and making the gym a more comfortable place to work out. This location has great potential, but it needs much better upkeep.

Very kind and knowledgeable instructors and friendly staff, and it's not overrun with annoying people and ring-light influencers which is nothing short of an accomplishment in a specialty gym in this neighborhood. It feels relaxed and like there is privacy and mutual respect.
