If I could give it negative stars I would. I paid for my car to be detailed inside and out. The outside was okay, but they messed up my windows and the inside was very poorly done. They messed up my tint on all windows, as it bubbled, and all my tint needs to be completely redone. If they noticed their product was messing up the tint on one window, you would think as a professional they would stop and not use that product on the rest of the windows. When we picked it up, the dash still had lint on it and was sticky, as well as my cup holder still had a spot of ice cream that was spilled on it right before it being taken in, which was evidence they did not wipe down my dash or cup holders, nor did they dust. The carpet and seats were still dirty and wasn't properly vacuumed/shampooed. The trunk was not vacuumed out at all, still had dirt on the carpet. I went back and asked for at lease some compensation (as I need to get the new tint) and they refused to compensate me for the damage they caused. I spoke with the owner who did not care that they did a sloppy and lazy job and didn't finish what I paid for them to do. I paid 250 dollars for something that a child could've done better. Please see the pictures, although it is hard to see the bubbled tint on the window pictures. They will never get my business again and I will discourage all my family and friends from also going there, which is unfortunate because they mostly live in the Dinuba/Reedley area. If they would've made it right, I wouldn't have written a comment, but they did a horrible job and their customer service is just as bad. When I was leaving the owner appeared to be taunting me and made a smart Alec comment about them having my business after she knew I was highly disappointed with the outcome, and ultimately have to spend more money on fixing the damages they caused to my windows. Eric's work is awesome, customer service is very important to him, and he can make a vehicle look like new again. I use my 2000 Tahoe for hauling flowers and plants, it was a big challenge; the results were nothing short of amazing, upholstery and carpets clean and stain free, no funky dirt odor, nice fresh 'clean' scent. These 5 star reviews must be from family members. Recently moved to Clovis and found Eric in reedley. Took my car in for a full dental and wax. It didn't look great and seemed rushed. When I told Eric I wasn't happy with what I was paying for he was not attentive and extremely dismissive. Good work but expensive. Why is it that that detail places will charge you more for a big vehicle ( i.e Excursion) because of the extra work involved but they don't charge less when you bring in a super compact (i.e Mini or Fiat)? Seems unfair. read more

Eric and crew are fantastic. They can make your tired car look like new. I spilled ham juice in my new Tahoe at Christmas, Eric took care of all of it, got it as good as new. Took our daughter's 2004 mini cooper in, Eric shined it up, fixed the headlight covers and it's a pretty as can be.
