The personal aid they sent to my mother is the most kind, caring, thorough and PATIENT person I've ever met. She truly cares about her clients and loves what she does. The company sends a nurse to check on the clients, and the office staff called me to see how things were going. The owner is amazing, gave me his number to call with any concerns I might have. I did just call him to tell him we were discontinuing service, for the time being, and to thank him, and he answered the phone and gave me great additional information about senior care. It's very hard to see your parents get to this point in life, nobody wants to ever be in this situation, but if you have to be it's so great to find a company that can really make a difference.

We needed an in-home caregiver for my 100 y.o. friend who was fully cognitive, but had some…read morephysical disabilities. This agency was able to provide us with a caregiver right away for a couple hours a day every other day. Their price was comparable to other companies. They sent a nice nurse to do an assessment. However, we had to let them go after a few months. The caregiver came too early in the morning, did not always do simple house chores as my friend asked (e.g., wiping microwave, changing water in a vase, trash removal), was not friendly nor talked much, would not change a simple band aid, would not refill her pill box, and phone calls were not always returned from their office. My friend said she did not feel like they cared about her, and there was no compassion. We talked to the administrators about the above problems, and nothing was changed and there were no apologies. We gave them plenty of time to correct the situation, but they could not find a different caregiver. Instead, we had several different people show up. Very confusing for a 100 y.o. client. Not good.
