For starters, the code given to me was invalid and I've been caused to use a temporary number . Then, we're sent to the incorrect building by the staff members. After finally finding the building with our units, we found our unit to be occupied already. When we went to rectify this at the desk, we were told we'd have to pay a transfer fee of $30.00 for a new lock, after already paying $50.00 for the unit NOT ten minutes ago at the same desk. When asking the property manager to instead investigate and clear the unit, we're informed it'll be 72 hours before he'll get to it. (Blatantly not caring about his property or residents) On top of this, 2/3 security gates at the front were inoperable, wide open for anyone to come in or out. It was also noticeable many people loitering and hanging out around the parking lot. All in all, beyond dissatisfied and disappointed in this properties management and the managers conduct. I have still not heard about a resolution to my issue, and will be opting for a full refund. I will gladly update here if management rectifies the situation properly.
