I could not order it online, but Mike could. He educated me about openers. His team went out and assessed her problem. I was right but there was a major spring problem about to cause havoc. This cautious, skeptical M-I-L was immediately at ease. She praised how nice and friendly the gentleman was. Mike called me at work to discuss everything first. The cost was greater than her budget. He stood by his father work ethic of helping the elderly. He offered post-date check payments if needed. I appreciated his kind, thoughtful offer, but paid the difference. A follow-up call was needed, and they were right out. Just a keypad program glitch. Again she was pleased, and asked for cards herself to pass out to neighbor senior friends.
