The "doctor" that I saw on my first visit didn't know a thing! I had learned more on the Internet and could have told him how to do a real job. He asked me what my pain was on a scale of 1-10...are you kidding me? I asked him if he could tape up my feet due to the pain. He had NO IDEA what I was talking about. He barely touched my feet, if at all and gave me a one page printout of a couple of exercises and said I'll see you in a week. He informed me that the next time, he would do an Ultrasound on my feet. I asked him why he couldn't do it that day..d'oh! He didn't even know how to use the machine. On my next visit he asked me the scale of 1-10 question again and said that he would not be seeing me anymore as he was driving too far to work. He had only been there a month. He gave me some cut out pieces of cotton for my shoes and waved good-bye. I was flabbergasted by the whole experience. They billed my insurance company $400.00. I contacted my insurance co. to tell them about these ridiculous charges and they said they'd already paid them. In the meantime, I found an amazing foot clinic (a real one) and now my feet feel like new. I wrote to this place asking for a refund and was sent a check for $15.00 to cover my co-pay. So this office received $400.00 for 10 minutes of time with me and two cotton strips for my tennis shoes. I have taken it to the next level, but I wanted consumers to beware
