They will get you to commit to taking in your lawn mower then start adding things you never consented to fix and drive your price up. I gave them my mower to sharpen the blades and ended up getting charged over 300 dollars for stuff I didn't ask for. Then I went to turn my mower on 4 days later and It didn't even work. I called to chat with their" head mechanic of 30 years" who told me that this happens. He also said they go to court over this stuff all the time and win. I understand the need to run a business but it's amazing that people like this can morally sleep at night with how they operate. I wouldn't trust these people and be very cautious when you reach out because they just want to open your check book and write any number they want. Also when I called to talk about It the person on the phone straight up hung up on me, I'll just go to the John Deere store next time instead of these "experts"
