This is a really nice location. Very open and well stocked. I prefer driving out here than going to the ones in Fayetteville and Springdale. I like coming to this Walmart just because it's a superstore that has everything you could think of. I've noticed that this store has more to offer than the other superstore around. It's always well stocked and always nice and clean. They have a great selection of meats and a really nice deli. I usally look at there seasonings at each store and this one carries a great selection of dry rubs. read more

Call me a fool for thinking it's going to get better, but seriosuly I have had it with this place. A customer for as long as I can remember and a plus member for 4+ years. I use the grocery pu service due to a medical condition. Every single time there are items missing from my order. I call in and get a refund. It's a hassle but at least I get my money back. Today I got home, unpacked my groceries and noticed that not 1, not 2, not 3...but 7 items missing. I used the chat/text service and explained I was missing 7 items and named them...all freezer/fridge items, so obviously a bag was missing from my order. The gentleman I chatted with was apologetic and very kind. He said he would process a refund. He then transfered me to a supervisor who informed me that this refund would need to go before a board before being approved and it could take 10 business days. I was told I would get a letting in the mail with their decision. Uh excuse me...are you serious?? I didn't get over $20 worth of items and you need to take it before the board to determine if I am eligible to receive a refund? This is Walmart for goodness sake! A billion dollar company and you can't just refund my missing items? I would have even accepted a credit to my account. It didn't matter to me either way. I didn't even mention the rotten bananas in my order because I can use them to make banana bread. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this Walmart in particular. Always something missing or rude employees. I can't remember the last time I had a good experience. Best to find yourself another Walmart to go to...or better yet, another store all together! Walmart is nothing but a greedy comapny who cares nothing about it's customers or employees. Sam Walton would not be happy with the way his dream has turned out. Would give 0 stars but won't allow me to. I have been a Sam's Plus business member for 20 + years and paid $100+ per year to have to privilege to shop there. In over 20 years I hve not asked for a refund or to take back a product but now I ordered $200 worth of groceries and what got delivered was all broken and not what I paid for. I get that they probably outsource the delivery to another company but when it gets delivered broken and I have pictures to show them I get sent to a call center in India and get now resolution to my issue. I got $40 off my $200 food order and was told it was out of their hands. I spent 2 hours on the phone Saturday and another hour today (Sunday) to be told "NO" they will not redeliver or refund their product and It's my job to contact someone at Wal-Mart to get this issue resolved but wouldn't give me a number or e-mail address in order to do that. I don't think I am asking for a lot, Re send or refund me for my broken and missing products that I paid you for. In 20 years I have never asked for this but, now, after a bad experience I asked for unbroken egg's to be redelivered or refunded and the answer was an absolute NO. So thanks, but no thanks, I will take my $ and business to someone else. Never thought I would have to spend 2 days and 3 hours on the phone with someone in India just to get told that you have to pay for broken eggs. We had a pickup order between 9-10pm. We arrive at 9:45, and tell them on the app, it says they're coming. Wait 15min, nothing. Called their phone number, no response. We go inside, the customer service area is closed. We go ask an associate for help (they were wonderful), they ran around trying to find the night manager (and tried calling, but night manager turned off their phone). She runs outside and finds the night manager on a smoke break, and alerts them of our issue. We wait inside 10 min thinking she's coming. Nothing. We have to go outside to find the night manger, Gisselle (sp?), ourselves. She was still on her smoke break while we were waiting. She then sends another associate to get our groceries, and he takes 10+ min to go find our order. To top it off one of our items was missing a part to it AND they didn't mark we picked up our order so we could not cancel our order on the app. Took us nearly an hour to just get our pickup order. Then we tried calling this morning for the general manager ("Ms Carly") to voice our concerns and were on hold for over 30 min before we could even get a hold of someone that could hear our concerns (not the general manager Ms Carly, and were told she would call us back...not holding out much hope unfortunately). This was just an awful experience entirely and hope it does not happen to others and can be remedied in the future. read more

Worst Automotive Center ever! Took my car in at 8:30am on Saturday morning to have a tire changed. Finally called them back at 4:45 pm only to be told they couldn't repair it. So now I'm out of luck on a Saturday evening and needed to drive back to Texas on Sunday. A phone call earlier would have been nice. read more

They need to stop thier employees from pointing Thier phones at the customers. Walk by an employee and all of a sudden thier cell phone comes out and they start typing to thier contacts. They should be working on the floor not using thier cell phones. Except on breaks read more

A late night trip to the local Walmart to buy a printer. The hotels business center printer didn't print in color and we needed our presentation printed in color. There is no 24hr print shop where we were so we went to the 24hr Walmart to buy a printer and all the fixings. There was a wide selection and everything was priced right! At midnight we were able to buy a printer and everything we needed to get the job done. Walmart to the rescue again! read more

I notice at this Walmart there are always so many dogs in the store. People push them around in carts. I dont like to shop there because i cant use the carts. I always thought that even if it was a service dog that you cant put them in carts. These are obviously not service dogs. Mostly small dogs like chiuauas. Clean up your act walmart. read more

They will give you a new battery but not bother to tell you the warranty period starts with the first battery not all the other new batteries you will get because the batteries are no damn good. Mega Wal-Mart, this particular location is one of the newer styles and has only been open for about 5 years. Massive, even on Wal-Mart scales, this location is over 203,000 square feet and has everything from a McDonald's to a nail salon to a drive-through pharmacy. Because of its proximity to the Home Office in neighboring Bentonville, this store has many of the latest fashions and is laid out with the newest in store planning. Parquet floors, TV's at the register and on many aisle end-caps, and even a cooler of "fresh" pastas and a bunker of higher-end cheeses. I really like this particular store because it's right next to the Interstate and the parking is easy and plentiful. The associates here are friendly and helpful (unlike at some other locations further away from Bentonville) and you never have to wait long in line at the registers. By far the biggest Wal-Mart I have been to - being from San Diego we don't have any supercenters near us! It's got pretty much anything you need from a nail salon to a photo studio to take photos of your pretty nails! I'm sure this is on of the flagship stores and I won't be surprised if lost of the employees come here to check this out and keep it fresh. One pickup we got heavy items placed on our chips. The next pickup we found our ice cream on its side melting and they didn't use the box we had back there. This pickup we have been waiting for over an hour for our stuff. We notified them we were on our way and did all they asked. They still have not gotten our stuff. Recently started delivery. Lilo was our shopper. I ordered a bunch of bananas and got one. I put down no substitutions and they substituted non-organic item for requested organic item. Tried their pay and go. Should be called something else if it doesn't Match the ease of use of the Sam's scan and go app. Had 6 associates that had no clue how to proceed because it was asking for ID. May work if you don't buy alcohol or medicine, but if you do it's a pain to use. read more

I used to shop here all the time, but that has changed because an ill advised decision by the manager has made me loathe to do anything that might contribute to his bonus. Walmart closed at 6 p.m. this year on Christmas Eve. But not at this location. Noooo. This manager couldn't be bothered with things like customer service, and published business hours. I was turned away, as were many others, prior to closing. I felt particularly bad for the fellow in front of me. The woman before him was allowed in, then without warning 4 young men blocked his path and told him they were closed. He was 2 steps behind the previous customer, and it was not yet closing time. In their defense, they don't close often so it's not surprising that they're so bad at it. But still, I would feel like a jerk spending money there, after watching them slam the door on so many disappointed customers who were there before the published closing time. read more

This is the biggest, best stocked, best managed Walmart ever! (I wonder if it has anything to do with its proximity to corporate HQ?) In our travels, we're in Walmarts all over the country but this one is really special. First, it's huge. I've never seen a bigger one. It's well stocked. We've shopped here twice in the last few days and didn't see an out-of-stock item anywhere. Today, there was a Walmart employee in every single grocery isle straightening and facing shelves--every one. Employees all over the store were friendly and offered help and we never waited long in a check-out lane. If only all Walmarts could be this good... read more

Not sure if everyone is aware that this location of Walmart serves smoked meats. The smell of BBQ smoking was pleasantly floating through the air. The deli had hot brisket and pork. They also had BBQ beans with the brisket that looked amazing. If you are looking for BBQ the price hands down is the best deal in NWA read more

Awesome supercenter. Large parking lot, convenient location off the freeway and main road. The layout and look inside is a little different than other Wal-marts I have been to and probably one of the largest. Huge selection of pretty much everything haha. Customer service is good too! The service at the store was really non-existent. No checkers, employees standing around in self-checkout area, but none to actually assist customers. Team leader said that manager was not on site. A lot of delivery pickers pushing large bins in aisles making it hard to get our items. All around a bad experience almost every time we shop there. Why pay a lot of employees to stand around but not service the customer. Why will a store pay an employee $15 per hour to pick delivery items and then expect that customer to tip a driver when the store will not pay anyone to check in-store customers and say "thank you." read more

It is Wal-Mart. They have what you want or not. I wish the customer service was what it once was but alas it is not. Some of the workers are helpful others are surly old gripe butts who act like you asked them for a human sacrifice to answer your question. Rude customers running you down with buggies or taking up enough space for a Humvee abound. Always "love" the people who shop from the center of the aisle and will not move their carts for you to get by. Plus the family reunions and people expounding on their health issues, gossip and over all condition of the world in the aisles ignoring you want by adds to the shopping experience. However that isn't Wally world's fault but then again an employee with a cattle prod might help out with that. Over all it is a store with stuff to buy with a variety of goods available. Who doesn't love being able to buy a gun, bread, medication, clothes and furniture all under one roof? read more

I go to this Walmart probably 2 times a week and it's always very clean and always busy but even with it being busy there are always employees in the isles and are always willing to help you find what you need. The Walmart app helps a lot finding little things and everything is always very organized besides the thing customers take and put in a different isle. The greeter there is tremendous he always has a smile on his face and he always puts a smile on yours by singing welcome to Walmart or saying some funny jokes. read more

Drive thru pharmacy not so great! Might have been easier and faster to go in. Took 30 min to get a script called in 2 hours earlier. No line in front of me. Just took forever with a sick kid in the backseat. Let me know if your experience is better. Might just have been the time of day. read more

Walmart pick up takes FOREVER! We have been sitting here for over 30 min and barely moved. Our pickup time is 6-7pm but there is no way they will have us up there by 7 with this long line. If I would have known we'd have to wait so long I would have just gone inside and shopped. We really like the Pleasant Grove WalMart, the selection is much better than the smaller stores. We typically try to get there before 9:00 on the weekend. This is a very busy store so if there later in the day you have to put up with people that come here to visit and block the isles. Unlike a lot of big stores in other states I really have good luck getting through checkout. They have so many options for checkout. I will have to try their scan and go some time it would appear this would save even more time. Shelves are always stocked at the times we go and the produce is some of the best in NWA. read more

I have such a BAD attitude towards Wal-Mart. Employee's are rude, bunch of "teenagers" with inapproiate language, cannot get thru isle's, there is ALWAYS FAMILY REUNIONS being conducted in isle's with screaming kids running all over or carts blocking as well and they just look at you in defiance. And the latest, out of last resort went in to see about a particular bicycle for little boy from Angel Tree which they had in boxes back in stock. Was told could get next day. Well here we are 4 days later and is still in box waiting to be put together. And when put on hold be prepared to wait up to 30 minutes or longer (if you have the patience). Wonder how Sam Walton would react to poor, inadequate customer service that is being displayed in his stores. I would rather pay few dollars more and get better service than what you get at any Wal-Mart. read more

Don't go to Tire and Lube. Went on 12/21 and scheduled an appointment for 4 new tires. Also had my tires "reserved" by the clerk. Arrived for the appointment and a different clerk was unaware that the tires were reserved. Took an Uber to work (I'm an associate). Got a call because my tires were not there but they sure could supply the cheap tires. Went back to the store and the clerk seemed unaffected that they didn't have the tires. I don't plan on using WALMART for this anymore, despite my discount. Not worth the frustration. read more

I get very defensive once I step through the doors of Wally World , there are never and I repeat never any small shopping carts , what's with that do they hide them?They always are stocking shelves in every aisle you want to go down , hurdles to jump over, and they is one employee that works in the produce section that doesn't care if you need to grab salads or anything else she's not moving , not her cart , herself ( mall ave store) she is stuck like glue to that position...funny???? You have to hunt down employees if u are having a hard time finding something , hopefully they understand what your saying, and .....why , once you have found a product you like and constantly buy , it disappears never to be seen again ( torture ) , it's a fact of life at some point we all have to go into the largest chain store in the world , just take a deep breath,think positive , since there r a ton of negative vibes .. get what u need ... and get out once you do shake yourself off and pat ur self on the back for making it out alive read more

Store is well kept and mostly in stock..there is a big problem though..aggressive panhandling is rampant. Happened to my wife 3 times and to both of us tonight. They hide behind your car and pop up when you unlock your door. Right in your face...."out of gas" "locked out". This should be addressed and stopped. Happens way too often. read more
