As we were exploring, they had a table setup outside during a market day. I saw an almond croissant, and thought I need one now. We went inside and it was here where I saw the NY roll. I had no idea what it was but I told the friendly girl behind the counter I'd like one, not knowing what I was in for. It is a croissant baked in a small round pan, then filled with custard like a donut, but a lot of custo, and dipped in this creamy milk chocolate, see my pictures. Overall the bakery was nice and clean with a huge selection and variety of French baked goods and pastries. Do give them a try if you haven't!
