The owners are friendly and helpful, always willing to offer suggestions and advice. The displays are beautiful and the cheese is divine. We adore the truffled Pecorino, the fresh goat cheese, and the soft local cheese wrapped in walnut leaves. The owner ages cheeses in a cave deep under the shop, and you can see the live video on a screen inside. Such a cool Fromagerie experience!
