And that Beef bourguignon! OMG! Tasted like it was braised for hours. So tender, it tasted of onions, red wine, it was perfectly seasoned. Creme Brulee was solid. Perfect caramelized crust. And the almond flake that adorned the dessert was a like a slice of a great almond horn. The bread was a blackcurrant cake that fluffy, like a marshmallow mated with a souffle. So good.
