It is not justified for any of this(even if you deduct my personal poor experience), don't take the easy option due to the hotel being beside - go out and go to a better more friendly restaurant. (The restaurant had only four other tables with people). At that point I walked out. The sever suddenly was able to walk her rather large frame over to the hotel to try and charge for the water. She was incredibly rude, and was not able to defend her exceptional poor service- then walked away in shame. The holiday Inn should avoid "recommending" this place. They ask if you have any allergies before serving. The menu constantly changes, so when choosing the 5 course, it's pretty much a surprise each dish, but they got better and better as they were served! Each course is served on a beautiful plate to accent the dish and they explain each dish as well as the wine (where it came from, how it was made, how it tastes). They also sell the wines you have by the bottle if you'd like to take one to go! Everyone was seated on the terrace (no one inside) and there were only about 12 tables, so definitely make a reservation! The owner and his wife worked together to serve each dish and explain everything! He also speaks pretty good English if you can't understand french! This restaurant is like a hidden gem, many tourists don't know about it! Highly recommended!
